    The pizza is delicious! I love the regular crust, so chewy, crisp, and light in texture! The variety of toppings they offer and the customizable options are great for vegans, keto, etc. From the Margarita, to the Hot Pepperoni, the Scarpa, the Elvira, never had a pizza we didn't love!

    We decided to try this place out after seeing pictures of their gourmet pizzas online. Maestro’s is at a good location in Ajax and although there’s not any parking at the square plaza, there are 2 plazas right by it that you can park at and walk there in under 2 minutes. The price is not too bad for what you’re getting and they have a good special for 2 mediums pizzas. The guys working there were very friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they are preparing for their customers. They cut their toppings differently than your typical chain pizza store and those little things make it taste so much better. The chicken on the pizza was shredded instead of cubed which made it much easier to eat without falling off and was able to get bites of chicken every time. I recommend the hot honey pollo! They have a lot of different flavours of gelato. We had mint chocolate chip and caramel and they were both very delicious. If you like pizza and are bored of your basic chain stores, check out Maestro’s!

    Ajax isn't a place that is wanting for Pizza Places, but the family thought we'd give this new place a try. We were NOT DISAPPOINTED. For under 20 we got a mixed Large pizza (half pepperoni, bacon and mushroom/ half cheese) and it was choice. Delivery was free in Ajax where we met the owner Omar. The crust is on the thinner side (which we prefer in an oven baked pizza) and the toppings were super fresh. You always taste the difference between real bacon and it was the real deal. If you're looking for a very reasonably priced, very high quality pizza, check out the Maestro.

    Great food and great customer service. A unique pizza joint the city of ajax desperately needs. We got a cauliflower crust margaherita pizza which was absolutely phenomenal. Dont forget to try the gelato as well, the company behind the gelato has been rated the best in ontario for the past 3 years and i wouldnt be surprised if Maestros pizza gets best pizza this year. Reco'd flavoursbfor gelato are pistachi, banana and milk chocolate.

    Best pizza in Ajax hands down! The big chain pizza joints just can't compare. The slices are HUGE, equivalent to about 4 regular slices of pizza. And the ingredients are all very high quality. The gelato is also so fresh and delicious, and you get a big portion too.

    I recently visited this place in Ajax, and I have to say, it's hands down the best pizza in town! The quality and taste can easily compete with the best New York pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They even provide sauce on top of the pizza like hot honey.

    We called ahead to order a large 3 topping pizza. It was ready right on time. The toppings were generous, the sauce and cheese were proportionate and the pizza crust was great. The service was friendly and the place looked clean and modern. I didn't try any other items on the menu, but next time I will...

    I got the Sosa detroit-style... super tasty! Super fresh ingredients, great texture, cooked to perfection, crust was tasty, and I don't usually eat pizza crust. Give this place a try! highly recommended in my humble opinion.
